By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Credits and payments

Paid features use credits. Package prices, included credits, and tool costs are displayed before purchase or generation. Payments are processed by Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe’s terms.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in uploaded content. You grant the service and its configured providers the limited permission needed to host, transmit, process, and return that content. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload it.

AI-generated results

AI results can contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected changes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for complying with advertising, real-estate, intellectual-property, privacy, and disclosure requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or security-disrupting activity, or attempt to bypass usage, credit, or access controls.

Availability and changes

Models, providers, features, prices, and processing times may change. The service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, security, provider outages, or legal compliance.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for material violations, non-payment, fraud, abuse, or risk to the service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not a substitute for architectural, engineering, surveying, legal, or other professional advice. Any liability limitations must be adapted to the laws governing the business.
