Only upload property media, floor plans, sketches, logos, or other content you own or have permission to use. Respect privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, and platform rules.

Do not create deceptive property claims

AI staging and enhancement must not be used to conceal material defects or misrepresent a property in a way that violates advertising, listing, consumer-protection, or real-estate rules. Clearly disclose virtual staging when required.

Review every result

AI may alter fixtures, views, dimensions, textures, lighting, landscaping, furniture, or architectural details. A human must review generated media before it is shared or published.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Impersonation, identity misuse, or unauthorized personal imagery
• Malware, security attacks, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass limits
• Content that infringes rights or violates a provider’s acceptable-use policy

Specialized limitations

Floor-plan and architectural outputs are marketing visualizations, not dimension-certified CAD, BIM, engineering, surveying, or safety documents. Professional decisions require qualified review.

Enforcement

Content may be blocked and accounts may be limited or suspended when activity creates legal, safety, provider, or platform risk.
