AI processing and service providers
Uploaded media and instructions may be sent to the configured AI provider to create results. Payment information is processed by Stripe; EstateFrame AI does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Storage and retention
Account, transaction, job, input, and output records may be retained while needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Site owners should configure an appropriate media-retention schedule for their jurisdiction and business.
Sharing
Information may be shared with hosting, AI, payment, email, security, analytics, and support providers only as needed to operate the service, or when required by law.
