Which image formats can I upload?
Most image tools accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP. The upload panel for each tool shows its current size and format limits.
When are credits charged?
Credits are reserved when a generation starts. A failed generation is returned automatically when the job is marked failed or refunded.
Where can I find completed results?
Completed generations appear in your dashboard history and can be downloaded or saved to a project.
Why is a generation taking longer than expected?
AI processing times vary by model and provider demand. Keep the dashboard open or return to your history later to check the saved job status.
